WE ARE HIRING FOR 2024
At Scream Factory, a lot of what we do relies on the team around us. Every year we hire 100+ scare actors, make-up artists, stewards, bar staff and support staff to come on board, receive training, and participate in our event.

2024 Casting and Recruitment Opportunities
Each year we hold a number of open days from Spring - Summer to recruit new actors, bar and food staff, ticketing team members, cleaners and stewards. The open days will be held in the end village located at Scream Factory (this is where guests go before and after their tour) Our open day's are the ideal opportunity for anyone who may be interested in being involved to meet in an informal setting to find out more and begin the application process.
On the day individuals will also have the chance to listen to talks and meet with various Scream Crew members who will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
Within walking distance to the venue we have The Cafe At Kirkleatham Museum where you can enjoy some delicious home cooked food if you wished before or after the open days.
