At Scream Factory, a lot of what we do relies on the team around us. Every year we hire 100+ scare actors, make-up artists, stewards, bar staff and support staff to come on board, receive training, and participate in our event.
If you are 18+ and interested in joining the team, please leave your information below. All potential applicants are encouraged to attend our open days to speak to our team and to find out how to apply. No previous experience required.

UPCOMING FINAL OPEN DAY- 27th AUGUST 2023
We are holding our last open day for 2023 on Sunday 27th August at 10am. The open day will be held in the end village located at Scream Factory (this is where guests go before and after their tour) Our open day's are the ideal opportunity for anyone who may be interested in being involved to meet in an informal setting to find out more and begin the application process. On the day individuals will also have the chance to listen to talks and meet with various Scream Crew members who will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
There will also be a licensed bar on site and The Cafe At Kirkleatham Museum just yards away where you can enjoy some delicious home cooked food.
