WHAT ARE THE GROUP SIZES GOING THROUGH?
If you’ve got Extreme Tour tickets, you’ll be batched into groups of 10. That’s right — you’ll make new friends… whether you like it or not!
Want to go through solo or with a smaller gang? Go for the Isolation Tour in October, or grab a Two Together ticket for our February My Bloody Valentine’s event.
WHAT IS THE ULTIMATE R.I.P TICKET?
This is our VIP-ish, behind-the-scenes chaos pass. You get:

The full Scream Factory tour experience

A chance to meet one of our creative team members after the tour and peek at selected backstage sets.

CAN I GET A REFUND OR SWAP MY TICKET?
Sorry, nope. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Make sure you can make it before you buy!
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
We recommend 20 minutes before your tour slot. Latecomers may miss the tour entirely, and sadly, there are no refunds if you’re too slow.
WHAT AGES CAN I ATTENDED?
Scream Factory October Event: Recommended 14+, but parental discretion applies. Anyone under 18 must be with a paying adult at all times (1 adult per 4 kids).
Children’s Twilight Tour: Ages 3+ for sweets and fun. Younger kids are welcome but no sweets. Adults must supervise.
My Bloody Valentine’s February Event: Strictly 18+. No under-18s allowed, no exceptions.
Tweens Tour: recommended but not exclusive to those aged 11–14 for a slightly less scary sneak peek, also suitable for the scaredy cat adults! All under 18’s must be accompanied by a paying adult. Must leave by 6:30pm as the Night Tour takes over.
HOW LONG IS THE SCREAM FACTORY TOUR?
Extreme Tour: 45–60 minutes of terror and laughter. Don’t forget the End Village with music, fire pits, food, drinks, and our sneaky roaming street actors.
Children’s Twilight Tour: About 25–30 minutes. There will be fun activities for the little ones, some included in the ticket, some optional add-ons.
CAN I BUY TICKETS ON THE DOOR?
Yes for our Extreme Tours, but it’s first come, first served and it's an additional fee to our online prices.
Twilight Tour tickets must be bought online.
WILL I GET SCARED?
Absolutely! The Extreme and Isolation Tours are designed to terrify.
The Children’s Twilight and Tweens Tours are designed to make you giggle, not scream.
WILL I GET MUDDY OR WET?
Oh yes. Scream Factory runs rain, wind, shine, hail or even snow. Expect woodland paths, uneven terrain, and puddles. Water may splash, mud may happen, and your trainers might not survive – be warned!
CAN I TAKE THE TOUR WITH A MEDICAL CONDITION?
Only you know the answer! If you’re pregnant, have heart issues, asthma, epilepsy, claustrophobia, back problems, diabetes, or just a nervous disposition, you might want to sit this one out.
All tickets are non-refundable — make sure everyone in your party is up for the scare!
IS THERE DISABLED ACSESS?
Sadly, no. Small corridors, low ceilings, ramps, and steps make the tour tricky for anyone with mobility issues. However you can still purchase our end village only access tickets for the extreme tour where you can enjoy all our end village has to offer. There is also disabled toilets within this area.
CAN I SMOKE OR VAPE?
Nope. It’s a smoke- and vape-free zone, but our stewards will happily point you to the nearest designated smoking area.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS OR FILM?
Not in the scare zones! Save your filming for the check-in area and end village.
Recording inside may violate our intellectual property and will be confiscated — yes, really.
WILL I BE FILMED?
Yes, we film for security, monitoring, and marketing purposes. By entering, you consent to being on camera. Smile!
CAN I TOUCH THE ACTORS OR THE PROPS?
No! Don’t be tempted — a zombie might get you. And yes, if you touch anything, you could be removed without a refund.
IS THERE FOOD AND DRINK?
Yes! The End Village and After Shock Bar have drinks, food, fire pits, music, and roaming characters. We have a full variety of hot and cold food for guests to enjoy.
Reminder: Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be admitted.
CAN I BRING MY DOG?
Unfortunately not, Sorry Fido, stay home!
WHAT IF I LOOSE SOMETHING?
Lost items are only searched for after the event closes which makes it difficult to find after especially after thousands of feet could have trampled over your valuable. Travel light and don’t bring anything you’ll cry over. We’re not responsible for lost or damaged items.
CAN I WEAR FANCY DRESS?
Yes, but no full head masks, imitation weapons, UV costumes, or flowing outfits in the scare zones. Play safe!
WHAT IF I GET TOO SCARED?
Once you’re in, you’re in. Do not run backwards. Follow instructions from stewards and actors. CCTV is watching…
WILL THE EVENT BE CANCELLED IF IT RAINS?
Nope. We operate in all weather. Dress for wet, mud, and a spooky stroll!
DO ADULTS NEED TICKETS FOR THE TWILIGHT TOR OR TWEENS TOUR?
Yes. Everyone needs a ticket, even adults. Under 3s are free but won’t get sweets, though you still need to add them to your booking.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE PER TOUR?
10 per Extreme or Isolation Tour slot. Book early for larger parties to avoid disappointment.
ARE THERE DISCOUNTED TICKETS OR SPECIAL OFFERS?
Sometimes, yes! Watch out for promotions and quieter night discounts, including students, carers, NHS staff, and emergency service personnel.
Bring valid ID or you may be asked to pay the difference to full price. Only one ticket per qualifying person, and codes cannot be applied after purchase.
CAN I DISPUT A PAYMENT?
All sales are final. Payment disputes may result in loss of entry.
CAN I BRING A FRIEND ON MY DISCOUNTED TICKET?
Discounts are per eligible individual only. One ID, one ticket.
DO I NEED TO READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS?
Yes. By buying tickets, you confirm that all members of your party have read and agreed to our T&Cs.
